PLEASE go read and rec DemHillStaffer's Diary!

i am using my daily allotment to promote a diary that brings fact to a much heated discussion of the last three days.

Now, that DemHillStaffer offers us specifics on the trade agreement, his diary gets only minimal response and no response from those so quick to judge?

well, i hope that the diary slipped away just because of timing, not due to the lack of interest in the truth. the diaries misrepresenting this issue garnered well over 1,000 posts, mostly decrying the betrayal of the democrats.

now, however, when the REAL facts emerge, where are those detractors?  where is the interest?

this is troubling for more than the democrats - it is troubling for this community to accept unchecked allegations and run with those misrepresentations and THEN remain strangely silent when the REAL facts emerge.

i expect more from this community - i have seen that "more" in the past and expect - no, DEMAND it from each and every one of us!  if we do not have the capability to admit when we are wrong, we are no different than those on the other side of the aisle who are determined to stay on their course, no matter HOW disastrous it might be.

please, people - go read that diary - respond - answer - but, most of all, be willing to admit when you are wrong!
